Napoleonbs illustrious General Marechal cDuc de Montebellod acquired this property in 1834 and established the champagne firm that bears his name. With only 3000 cases, this is the smallest of the Grandes Marques. Only free run juice is used, so that each blend can rightly be called Ntete de cuveeb. The vintage blend in 70% Pinot noir and 30% Chardonnay. Toasty and full-bodied, with great character, this N90 vintage Brut represents on of the best Champagnes from an outstanding vintage year.
